What We Collect

When you place an order through our form, we only collect the minimum information we need:

• The item(s) you’d like to order
• Quantity and any colour/print preferences
• One contact method (email, Discord, or phone)

How We Use It

Your information is used only to confirm and coordinate your order. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or sharing with third parties.

Storage & Retention

Orders are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, which are protected by Google’s security measures. We review and delete old responses regularly and keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfill your order.

Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Request access to the information we hold about you
• Request corrections if any of your information is inaccurate
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information
